our second stay here and ventana hotel prague continues to impress! perfect central location, friendly staff, and an amazing breakfast. highly recommend for a weekend getaway to prague.

Lack of communication about afternoon tea.

My recent stay at Ventana Hotel was fantastic! The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Prague. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of delicious food. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant experience at Ventana Hotel and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right by the Old Town Square. The staff was very nice and helpful, even after breakfast time. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, we loved the fact that we could easily walk to the nearby cinema.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore all of Prague's attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area and bar are excellent.

The location of this hotel was fantastic , right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. the staff were also very friendly and welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and tips for our visit. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.

There were a couple of things that let the hotel down. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was disappointing.

I had an incredible stay at Ventana Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right behind the Old Town Tyn Market Square. The view from my room, overlooking the square with the cathedral in the background, was stunning. The breakfast in the bright and lovely dining room was abundant and delicious. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel had everything I needed and more. I highly recommend staying at Ventana Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located just by the Old Town Square, making it easy to plan sightseeing. Additionally, there are several good restaurants in close proximity to the hotel, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Furthermore, the hotel is right next to the main square in Old Town, allowing guests to easily explore the various attractions nearby.

It would have been even better if there were tea making facilities in the room.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Clean and spacious room with excellent amenities. The staff went above and beyond, providing a warm welcome and helpful recommendations for local attractions. The hotel itself is a beautiful building, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more, will definitely be returning in October. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a delightful stay at Ventana Hotel. Perfectly located near the city square and Tyn Cathedral. The hotel has a charming, quaint atmosphere with modern updates. The room was clean and stylish, with a touch of European flair. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and their English was excellent. Can't wait to return!

We got great value for our money at Ventana Hotel in Prague. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice European touch. The location was ideal, right in the heart of old town with plenty of attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Regarding breakfast items, it would have been better if there were more options for hot dishes to choose from.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of everything, practically on the Old Town Square. The attention to detail here is impressive, with rooms that offer fabulous views of Prague. And the breakfast included is simply amazing, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from.

While everything was wonderful, the TV room was not impressive. We expected a more leisure-focused room, perhaps with a larger screen or a better surround sound system.

I absolutely loved the value for money at Ventana Hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, with a great view of the church from the window. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from old town square. The staff was incredibly helpful and even surprised us with complimentary wine for our honeymoon stay.

Perfect central location with incredible views. Quick resolution of a small shower issue. Special mention to Renata, the brilliant and lovely GM who ensured a perfect stay. Highly recommend the warm and friendly staff, including Hamden the reception manager.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a wide range of plant-based options at the hotel's breakfast buffet. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about our dietary restrictions.

This hotel is located in a convenient location, with easy walking access to main attractions. the staff was friendly and attentive, fulfilling all of my luxurious needs - from in-room breakfast to private facilities. the exclusive amenities in the room were exceptional. the bar/lounge area provided a nice place to unwind. Breakfast had a fantastic selection of special diet menus and the buffet breakfast was outstanding.

The temperature within the hotel was too warm, leading to some discomfort. the absence of tea making facilities within the room was inconvenient, forcing me to pay for tea in the minibar.
